The package is a Fortran/Python implementation of the method described in Phys. Rev. B 83, 235401 (2011) to compute the Z2 topological indices of 2D and 3D time-reversal symmetric insulators. The output (spinor wavefunctions) of some first-principles codes is taken as an input for the calculation.
