  • Course Description:

    This course is required for all Astrophysics and Physics - Professional option majors and is an option for Physics - Applied Option majors, as well as well-prepared students.  All our majors, and prospective majors, are encouraged to meet at least once a semester with the Undergraduate Program Director This email address is being protected from spambots.     Intermediate treatment of Newtonian mechanics, including particle dynamics, rigid body motion, accelerated and rotating reference frames, Lagrange's and Hamilton's equations.
