Jed Pixley of the CMT group has won a prestigious NSF CAREER Award. This award is given in support of early career development activities, with special emphasis on integrating research and education.
Selected from over 800 competing proposals, Jed’s award is lucky number 13 received by a Physics & Astronomy faculty member since 2004, and will provide five years of funding totaling more than $615,000.
