We are pleased to announce that Prof. Kristin (Kristy) McQuinn has been selected as a 2023 Cottrell Scholar by the Research Corporation for Scientific Advancement (RCSA). The RCSA is America's first foundation dedicated wholly to science and is over 100 years old.

The official web page is here:  https://rescorp.org/news/2023/02/rcsa-welcomes-2023-class-of-cottrell-scholars

In 2023 Kristy joins two dozen other early career chemists, physicists, and astronomers from across the US and Canada as a Cottrell Scholar. Her winning proposal, which incorporates both research and science education, is titled: The Smallest Galaxies Hold the Biggest Clues for Understanding Galaxy Formation and Cosmology.

Please join us in congratulating Kristy on the well-deserved award!
