Research Overview:

Lee lab is a single-molecule biophysics/biophotonics laboratory in the Department of Physics and Astronomy at Rutgers University - New Brunswick. We are located in the Institute for Quantitative Biomedicine on Busch Campus. Our lab features wet lab, cell culture facility, and one-of-a-kind single-molecule optical instrument. Utilizing advanced fluorescent microscopy, optical tweezers, and digital holography, we are pushing the limit of our understanding of biological processes at the single-molecule level.
